Occupational Therapist (Pediatric) - Full-Time | Santa Clara, CA

Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours/week)

We are hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join a supportive pediatric therapy team in Santa Clara, CA. This is an on-site position offering a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay, and strong benefits.

This role is ideal for an OT who enjoys working with children, values collaboration, and is looking for long-term growth in a positive clinical environment.

Schedule: Flexible

o Clinic hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

o Daily schedule: 6 hours of treatment + 2 hours of documentation

o Scheduling will not exceed full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $50-$75 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric and neurodiverse clients

• Conduct evaluations using standardized tools (BOT, REAL, Sensory Profile, Batelle, etc.)

• Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals

• Complete documentation in SOAP note format

• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team

• Maintain high standards of care, safety, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapy license

• 1-2 years of pediatric OT experience preferred

• Experience working with neurodiverse populations

• Strong understanding of OT intervention techniques

• Excellent communication and time-management skills

• Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented
